Cemac was contracted by Avanti Finance to project manage their new fitout at 73 Remuera Road. Cemac was responsible for the complete project, including council requirement, Fitout, Furniture and Shelving. Working closely with Sonja Hawkins, Avanti Finance designer and Manson Developments the building owner, Cemac facilitated all elements of the relocation through to the clients occupation. The project noted success can be put down to a team approach, all parties had complete trust in the other team members , and could all focus on their own area of responsibility in confidence that the other facets were completely in hand.
The team work element was also reflected in the design, with Avanti Finance brief for a professional but friendly space. Large open plan work areas are complimented with private meeting rooms and breakout spaces. The staff room, complete with pool table forms the hub of the general office and is used extensively during the day and for team functions. The management suites remain connected to the open plan layout, whilst also giving privacy and separate meeting and breakout zones
